Hi Claudette, just had to leave a brief note about how beautiful these homes are. Are there many on the market and do they sell quickly in that neighborhood?
Hi, Nick:
They are lovely homes. There are currently three homes for sale in this neighborhood. The most recently sale was in July of this year and it was actually on the market for a year. It sold for $945,000.
Hi Claudette:
Looks like a gorgeous area with some stately homes!
Hi, Toula:
It is a very nice development and a lovely part of town.
Thanks.
Those are magnificent homes. And the prices. Wow. And I mean wow, inexepensive.
Jane:
Did you say "inexpensive?" That's right you are in Los Angeles. That is one of the great things about Active Rain, getting comments and opinions from all over the country. In most places, over a million would not be considered inexpensive for a home. Interesting...
Depending on where these homes are in L.A. could be anywhere from $4M and up.
