Ravenwood is a Hopkinton subdivision located in the southern part of town near the Holliston line. The homes in this upscale community were built from the 199
0's into the early 2000's. The development was built by Ron Nation, a quality Hopkinton builder who also built the community of Valleywood and is currently building luxury homes in Connelly Hill Estates.
Home sizes in Ravenwood range from 2700 square feet to over 5,000 square feet and many of the lots are well over an acre.
The homes in this lovely subdivision feature high end finishes with marble foyers, granite counters, dual fireplaces, wainscoting and crown molding.
